Steel Fighters Rebirth Guide

Decide when to Rebirth in Steel Fighters by reading the current reset, keep, multiplier, and level-cap changes before confirming.

Rebirth is Steel Fighters’ long reset loop. Use it when the next permanent benefit and higher progression ceiling will repay the temporary resources or access shown in the current confirmation panel. Do not Rebirth at a copied level or balance: accounts can have different robots, Titles, Index state, passes, and update-era rules.

The official experience confirms that Rebirth exists, but it does not publish the complete reset table. Recent community screenshots report an early panel that raises Cash and Scrap multipliers and a level cap, resets Cash and Scrap, and keeps robots and their levels. Those details are Community reported until you read the live panel on your account.

Read the panel before confirming

Capture every current field under the next Rebirth benefit, required progress, reset list, and keep list. Include Cash, Scrap, robot inventory and levels, parts, upgrades, Index, Titles, worlds, floors, quests, event currencies, and passes when they appear.

If a field is absent, do not assume it resets or survives. Cancel, test a less critical system, or wait for a clear creator or in-game statement. A reset is destructive by design, so a guide should not fill a missing row with genre expectations.

Rebirth readiness checklist

CheckReady whenWhy it matters
BenefitThe next multiplier, limit, or unlock is visible and understoodA Rebirth number alone does not describe the return.
ResetEvery listed loss has been recordedProtects against assuming Cash, Scrap, or access will stay.
KeepThe main robot and critical progress are explicitly preservedDefines how quickly the next run can restart.
SpendResources that would vanish have been used only on worthwhile persistent valueAvoids both waste and panic spending.
Recovery routeYou know the first robot, Title, mode, and resource action after resetThe permanent gain is valuable only if rebuilding is controlled.

When Rebirth is probably worthwhile

Rebirth becomes attractive when temporary improvements are slow, the next permanent benefit clearly accelerates the same bottleneck, and your retained robot can restart the loop. Compare the expected rebuild with the time you would spend forcing another expensive upgrade in the current run.

The right point is account-specific. A player with a strong retained robot and useful Titles may recover quickly. A player whose power depends on balances or access listed under reset may need more preparation. Use the panel, not an arbitrary level copied from another account.

What to do before the reset

Finish any claim that would otherwise expire, collect earned rewards, and document the main robot’s six parts, levels, and upgrades. Check Title progress and Index state. Spend reset currency only when the purchase is retained or genuinely useful after Rebirth; do not buy random parts merely because the balance will disappear.

Select the Title that helps the first rebuild activity. If Cash is the first gate, use the best accessible Cash title. If Junkyard Scrap is the first power route, use Scrap or Walk Speed only after comparing total route value. Arrange a friend session when the official +50% Cash benefit is available and relevant.

First actions after Rebirth

Confirm that every promised retained item remains. Equip the intended Title, select the retained main robot, and test a familiar low-risk floor. Then restore the first resource route. Use the same sequence after each Rebirth so recovery time can be compared.

Record the new multipliers, cap, Cash, Scrap, robot state, Index, Titles, and accessible modes. If the result differs from the confirmation panel, save screenshots and avoid another Rebirth until the condition is understood.

Measure whether the reset helped

Use a simple benchmark: time from Rebirth confirmation to the same floor, upgrade, or balance reached in the previous run. Keep server and event conditions as stable as possible. A higher permanent number is useful when it reduces that recovery time or enables a previously blocked progression step.

Do not compare a friend-boosted event server with a solo ordinary run. Note active Titles, passes, and temporary effects. If a later Rebirth is slower, identify whether the requirement grew, the route changed, or the account spent resources differently.

Community-corroborated title data lists Reborn after 3 Rebirths with +22% Cash and Phoenix after 7 with +32% Cash. These milestones can make the Rebirth route more valuable, but they should not cause premature resets that leave each cycle unable to recover.

Open Rewards → Titles and confirm both rows before planning. Check whether the counter increments after a successful Rebirth and whether the benefit requires a separate claim or equip action. Use the Titles List for the dated current record.

Common Rebirth mistakes

  • Confirming without reading the current reset and keep lists.
  • Spending all remaining currency on items that also disappear or do not help recovery.
  • Assuming another player’s first-Rebirth values apply after an update or at a later count.
  • Forgetting the equipped Title, friend bonus, event, or pass when comparing recovery speed.
  • Treating retained robots as proof that every upgrade, part, or Index benefit is retained.
  • Chasing Reborn or Phoenix without a sustainable route between resets.

What still needs in-game testing

The full current reset/keep table, every Rebirth requirement, exact multiplier sequence, level-cap sequence, mode access, Index retention, title retention, and interaction with update-added systems need live confirmation. The method here remains valid: read, record, prepare, reset once, verify, and compare.

Continue with Cash and Scrap for the recovery economy and Upgrades for retained or rebuilt power.
