There is no single best Steel Fighters title for every session. The strongest choice is the accessible title whose benefit matches the next activity. Cash supports Cash-limited purchases, Scrap supports upgrades, Luck supports a roll that explicitly uses Luck, Arena Damage supports a damage wall, and Walk Speed supports travel-heavy routes.
This tier list uses the documented 22-title table, displayed percentages, requirement scale, streak risk, and paid access. The rows are Community corroborated as of 2026-10-27 and must be checked in the current Rewards UI. Hidden odds and stacking are not ranked because they are not publicly established.
S tier: strongest goal-specific finishers
Phoenix / Star Voyager
Goal: Cash.
Displayed benefit: +32% Cash.
Phoenix requires 7 Rebirths; Star Voyager requires floor 300. Choose the route your account is already advancing.
Junk Tycoon
Goal: Scrap.
Displayed benefit: +22% Scrap.
It requires 1,000 junk deliveries, so it naturally grows from a long Junkyard upgrade loop.
Collector
Goal: Luck.
Displayed benefit: +22% Luck.
It requires 2,500 lever part purchases. Exact pull odds remain unknown, so rank the displayed benefit, not a guessed rare-part rate.
Unstoppable
Goal: Arena Damage.
Displayed benefit: +27% Arena Damage.
The 250 consecutive-floor requirement adds failure risk. Attempt it on floors your robot clears consistently.
Astronaut
Goal: Walk Speed.
Displayed benefit: +18% Walk Speed.
It requires floor 125 in Space and is the highest documented movement value.
These are category leaders, not automatic first targets. A new account gains more from an available +9% Scrap title during upgrades than from planning around a +32% Cash title it cannot unlock soon.
A tier: strong, practical progression titles
Engineer and Fusion Master each show +18% Arena Damage. Engineer requires 500 robot upgrades and can grow from useful spending. Fusion Master requires 30 robot fusions and should wait until spare robots can be consumed safely.
Reborn shows +22% Cash after 3 Rebirths, providing a meaningful long-term option before Phoenix. Arena Legend shows +27% Cash at floor 200 and rewards a route that already pushes the primary PvE benchmark.
Master Builder shows +14% Luck after 60 robot builds. It can be practical when those builds also fill the Index, test complete sets, or prepare safe Fusion candidates. Dice Master shows +18% Luck after 100 Ultra Dice rolls, but current Dice costs and rewards need a live check.
Tower Climber shows +14% Cash at floor 100. It is not the highest Cash value, yet its requirement aligns with ordinary progression and makes it a strong first major milestone.
B tier: useful bridge or specialized titles
Scrapper (+9% Scrap after 100 junk deliveries) is a modest but accessible bridge toward Junk Tycoon. Raider (+14% Scrap after 100 Junkyard raid wins) can be useful for players already running raids, but the live raid rules and time cost must be understood.
Lever Lord (+9% Luck after 1,000 pulls) advances through the part source, but its large interaction count can make Master Builder a more practical earlier Luck target. Boss Slayer (+9% Arena Damage after 100 bosses) grows from Arena progress but offers a smaller value than later damage titles.
Duelist (+14% Walk Speed after 50 PvP wins) can improve travel-heavy routes. Its value depends on how quickly and safely the current PvP system awards wins. Gladiator (+14% Arena Damage after 5,000 floor wins) has a very large cumulative requirement for a mid-sized displayed benefit.
C tier or conditional: small, paid, or costly for the return
Rookie (+4% Cash at level 10) is small but essentially free through normal play. Equip it until a better Cash option is available; its low tier reflects ceiling, not bad early value.
VIP (+18% Cash) requires the VIP pass. Steel Champion (+22% Arena Damage) requires tier 40 of the Premium Steel Pass. Their displayed numbers can be strong, but real-money or paid-track access means they cannot be recommended as normal free progression. Buy only for the current product terms, not because a tier list creates urgency.
Best title by activity
Ranking rules
The displayed percentage is compared only within the same benefit. Requirement scale, risk, paid access, and overlap with useful play then adjust the recommendation. A lower percentage can rank higher for a new account when it arrives through an action the account already needs.
No title receives extra credit for supposed stacking. Current sources report one equipped at a time, and the application order with friends, passes, events, or permanent boosts is not established. Luck percentages are not converted into odds. Walk Speed is judged by travel utility, not combat damage.
How to test the selected title
Equip the row and verify the On or active state. For Cash or Scrap, repeat the same reward with other variables stable. For Arena Damage, use the same robot and target. For Walk Speed, time the same route. For Luck, verify only that the intended roll surface acknowledges the stat; do not claim an exact probability from a small sample.
If the live value differs, trust the current UI and date the correction. Use the Titles List for all 22 rows and Title Progression for an efficient unlock order.
Evidence boundary
The official experience does not publish a Titles table. The rankings use two agreeing current community records, not hidden game data. Exact unlock time, stacking, odds, and future balance remain subject to in-game testing.
